Attention Cornerstones MUD Residents!

We are excited to announce our transition to Best Trash for all trash and recycling collection services, effective October 28, 2025. Please review the important new schedule and guidelines below to ensure a smooth transition.

🚛 New Trash & Recycling Schedule with Best Trash:

  • Trash Collection (Twice Weekly): Tuesday & Friday

    • Please continue to use your personal trash cans (30-50 gallons).

  • Recycling Collection (New Day!): Tuesday ONLY

    • Important: You must use the official red 18-gallon bin provided by Best Trash.

♻️ Best Trash Recycling Guidelines:

  • The red bin is for recycling only and should not be used for regular trash.

  • Ensure all bins are at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day.

  • Accepted Recyclables Include:

    • Paper & Cardboard (please flatten boxes)

    • Plastics #1-5 & #7

    • Aluminum & Tin Cans

    • Glass (all colors)

  • Preparation is Key: Remove caps, liquids, and food residue from all items before placing them in the bin.

  • Extra Recycling? Any overflow must be in a container that is clearly marked and placed beside the red bin.

  • Bin Replacement: One bin is provided per residence. Replacements for damaged or lost bins are available, but fees may apply.
